PAYMENT
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Money Orders, and Cheques. We are a proudly Canadian company, but you can pay for your order using either Canadian or US dollar funds.
- Non- International Money Orders from international customers cannot be accepted and will be returned
- Personal cheques may be subject to a holding period
- If you are sending a cheque or money order, we need to receive it within 14 days of your order. We cannot guarantee that goods will be held longer than 14 days.
- Visa and Mastercard payments cannot be processed without the correct full billing name and address; please fill out carefully and correctly
- All payments are to be made out to STORMING THE BASE

STOCK
We do our best to keep our entire catalogue in stock, but it is possible that some of our titles may not be in stock. In case of out of stock items, you will be given the following choices:
- You may elect to receive and pay for only that part of your order which is in stock
- You may include alternate choices to your order in case something is not in stock so that your preference can be met immediately
- We can send you the titles as soon as they are back in stock
- Your payment can be applied as credit for future orders
SHIPPING
We take great care and caution to make sure you order is correct and packed well to avoid damage. Please report any damaged goods immediately.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post within Canada and are handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the USA
- Orders within Ontario and Quebec are automatically sent express
- Customers outside of Ontario and Quebec have the option to have their package sent express with an additional flat fee
- Insurance is mandatory and included in the cost of shipping
- We are not responsible for any customs fees or any other fees incurred by shipping companies or receiving companies.
Orders with a Tracking Option will be given a Tracking Number that will be sent to the customer by e-mail, and will be insured for their total value.
Any orders given an incorrect address by the customer are not our responsibility and the re-shipping cost will be required from the customer prior to our sending the package.
EXCHANGE
We offer exchanges only on manufacturers’ defects within 30 days of receiving your product. We sell only new items, even though some items are not shrink-wrapped, especially some imports. We offer no exchange on clothing, vinyl, and magazines.
PRIVACY
We value and respect your privacy and will never sell your contact information to any third party without your prior consent.
